England was devastated by a new wave of rainstorm on the 12th of February, causing a great rise in the water level. The media is calling it “Stormy Wednesday” and it caused thousands of households to face the threat of flooding with no sign of relief as of yet. The giant gusts broke electricity wires and caused near one hundred and fifty thousand households to black out. The wind speed goes up to 170 kilometers an hour and it wrecked certain districts of England and Whales. Also, this January has seen the most rain recorded since 1766 in England.

英国12号陷入新一波狂风暴雨与水位上升打击，媒体称之为「狂暴星期三」，成百上千住家面临涨水威胁，而且情况还没有缓解的迹象。强风吹断电线，近15万户停电。时速高达170公里的强风肆虐英格兰与韦尔斯部分地区；英格兰今年1月降雨量是1766年以来最多的一次。
