A new research in England discovered that eating at least seven types of fruits and vegetables will effectively decrease the chance of cancer and cardiovascular disease among others. Their risk of death will also be lower than others in a similar age group. Researchers from England, London University analyzed more than sixty thousand people above 35 years old from 2001 to 2008, looking at their dietary habits and medical records. As a result, they found out that those who eats at least seven types of fruits and vegetables has a 42% lower death rate compared to those who eats only one type. Their risk of getting cancer, cardiovascular disease, and stroke is also relatively lower.
英国一项最新研究发现,每天坚持至少吃7种蔬果,会更有效降低癌症、心脏病等疾病风险,死亡风险也会低于同年龄的人。英国伦敦大学等机构研究人员,在2001到2008年分析6万多名35岁以上英国人的饮食习惯、医疗记录,发现,每天至少吃7种蔬果的人,比只吃1种的同龄人死亡风险低约42%,罹患癌症、心脏病和中风等的风险相对也比较低。
